"Terrible experience with customer support"
I share a joint account with my husband. He arranged a trip on January first to surprise me for our 10th anniversary. But when he booked it, he didn’t realize I was expecting, as it’s still early days.

I reached out to TourRadar immediately to cancel. Unfortunately, they refused to give back the $500 deposit, which is quite a bit of cash. The contract I looked over mentioned that refunds are issued for unexpected events or health issues.

After begging and dealing with the stress of the pregnancy announcement being ruined, they still won’t return the money.

"Incredible Support"
I arranged a journey with Adventure Life to the Antarctic Peninsula, and it turned out to be a truly memorable experience. I was fortunate to have Erin and Suleica helping me out, always responding to my endless inquiries in a professional and timely manner. There was a mountain of paperwork required for the trip, but they organized everything flawlessly, making the whole planning process smooth and stress-free. The adventure itself was among the finest I’ve ever experienced. I wholeheartedly endorse Adventure Life!

"Fantastic Experience All Around!"
Awesome crew, amazing travel choices, and a genuinely enchanting, unforgettable trip. Considering what we enjoyed, the cost was reasonable and just a small part of what some other cruise companies charge. The Royal Clipper provided a superb adventure.

"Awful support from customer service"
Due to Delta’s delay, we ended up missing our flight connection to Buenos Aires. Rather than assisting us in rearranging our plans to make the most of the time we had left, we were informed that we had contacted the wrong department. So, not only did we lose out on our originally scheduled fun, but we also faced a financial penalty for our no-show. I’m done with this service for good.

"Outstanding Service from Jane Packer!"
Jane Packer truly impressed me. We were in a bit of a rush to arrange a trip, and her speedy problem-solving skills and fast replies made everything so much easier. She exceeded expectations, maintained a high level of professionalism, and really delivered. There are loads of companies out there, but this one is hard to top for professionalism. I’d totally recommend her!

"Working with Clara was a fantastic experience!"
Clara put in a ton of effort and really took the time to connect with me to help find an Antarctica trip that matched our budget and preferences, especially regarding activities. She’s got a wealth of knowledge and can set you up with an awesome cruise. The only reason we didn’t go with her was that my husband stumbled upon another cruise with a one-time 22% discount, which probably won’t come around again, thanks to corona! Still, that doesn’t take away from Clara’s hard work and everything she did for us, so I’m giving this review a big thumbs up. Thanks a bunch, Clara, for all your help!

"Four Amazing Adventures with Adventure Life"
I've taken four trips with Adventure Life, and they've all been fantastic. My latest journey was the Wild Costa Rica – Corcovado Tour. The first part included whitewater rafting on the Pacuare River for two days, with an overnight stay at the Rios Tropicales primitive lodge. Our guide on the boats, Gabrielle, was simply awesome. After that, we spent three nights at the beautiful La Leona Ecolodge. The food there was scrumptious, and the guides were super knowledgeable, always knowing where to spot the coolest animals.

"Amazing Journey to a Unique Place"
I just got back from an awesome adventure in the Atacama Desert in Chile with Adventure Life. I gotta say, I’m really impressed with Adventure Life—from the team in the US who organized everything to their partners in Chile who made it all happen, especially the guides. The entire experience was top-notch and went beyond what I was hoping for. I definitely recommend Adventure Life and I'm looking forward to planning more trips with them.

I had a wonderful time collaborating with the team at Adventure Life. They were super knowledgeable and really helpful in organizing our trip. They dedicated plenty of time to us during calls and shared loads of info, making sure we were completely in the loop about our travel arrangements. Every detail was managed smoothly, and the places we stayed and the guides we had were top-notch. Partnering with Adventure Life truly enhanced our experience.

"An unforgettable journey to Antarctica!"
Visiting Antarctica was genuinely a once-in-a-lifetime experience. We sailed on the recently updated Hebridean Sky. It's hard to put into words just how amazing this getaway was. Adventure Life is a go-to for nearly all trips to Antarctica. Because of that, they really know their stuff. Franny is an outstanding operations coordinator! She addressed every single question we had. Whoever trained her must've been a superstar :) I would definitely choose Adventure Life again for future travels! Big thanks for such a memorable adventure!

"Amazing experience; enchanting place"
We enjoyed an unforgettable journey to Cusco, the Sacred Valley, and Machupicchu. Every part of our adventure with Adventure Life was top-notch: from the early planning stages, to organizing the itinerary, to selecting our flights, and of course, the tours led by our fantastic guide, Carlos Vazquez Salas. He was super knowledgeable and really easy to get along with; we couldn't have wished for anyone better. We’ll surely suggest Adventure Life to our family and pals.

"Incredible Journey to Peru"
I collaborated closely with Adventure Life to organize a trip to Peru where we explored Lima (on our own), then ventured into the Peruvian Amazon, Cusco, Sacred Valley, and Machu Picchu. It was truly an unforgettable experience. Our guide, Ayul, was fantastic and shared some awesome cultural insights. We also visited the Salt Mine in the Sacred Valley, made a stop in Olly, checked out Moray, and so much more. This was a once-in-a-lifetime adventure, and it was a blast. Big thanks to Adventure Life!!

"Patagonia - Journey to the End of the World"
From beginning to end, Adventure Life and Franny put together an amazing trip. They tailored our accommodations at each stop to suit our every requirement. All the transport and guiding services were spot on. The EcoCamp Suite Domes are fantastic, and so is the Torres Del Paine park. I’d surely have Adventure Life organize my next adventure.

"Fantastic Journey!"
Teaming up with the crew at Adventure Life to arrange our adventure to Torres Del Paine was a real joy. We contacted several agencies since we were organizing our trip on short notice, and Adventure Life stood out as the quickest to reply and the most straightforward to collaborate with. Our experience was smooth and worry-free, all thanks to the dedication of Veronika and Mary.

I’ll surely be getting in touch with Adventure Life again for future travel plans.
